Alagu Bharathi Murugan is a Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies with over 12 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mamallan Institute of Technology. Throughout his career, Alagu has worked at HCL in various roles, including Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. In these roles, he was responsible for configuring flight entertainment systems using Orcad tool, designing Touch Screen and Remote using ASP.net, performing Unit and regression testing, and performing Solution testing for CISCO Collaboration Products. He has also gained experience in Ruby - WATIR Automation testing. As a Lead Engineer, Alagu is responsible for managing a team, assigning tasks, ensuring execution and deliverables are on time, and making sure that learning is incorporated in every aspect apart from work. He has also learned the importance of time management through schooling and Toastmasters. Alagu's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, test, dotNET, Ruby, and ASP.NET. He is always eager to learn new things, face challenges, and gain experience, which he believes is crucial for personal and professional growth.
